Consignment Guidelines This is a contract, please read before you sign.
1. Clothing must be clean, without stains and defects.
Clothing must be size 16 or XXL and up. Shoes size 7 and up.
Clothing seasons: Spring/Summer April 1-July 31
Fall/Winter August 1-March 31
2. Clothing must be freshly laundered. Clothes covered in animal hair will not be accepted.
Clothing smelling of smoke will not be accepted.
3. Acceptance of clothing is at the discretion of Curvy Consignments.
4. Clothing must be currently in style. (Last 2-3 years)
5. You must call/email before bringing in clothing to consign. Clothes will only be in taken if space
is available.
6. Curvy Consignments determines the pricing (usually based on brand, style, condition and size)
to ensure your items will sell.
7. Consignors will receive 50% of the sale price of the article sold.
8 weeks at full price.
4 weeks at half price
1 week to re-claim unsold items.
8. Clothing not re-claimed within 7 days of the closing date will become the property of Curvy
Consignments.
9. Consignment payments can be picked up at any time, with ID, by the consignor.
10. Curvy Consignments is not responsible for loss from fire, theft, or damages that occur during consignment.
The policies of this agreement may be revised at the owner’s discretion.
